Ingredients

  • 3 cups blanched Asparagus (cut into 2 inch pieces for blanching)
  • 1/4 each chopped Mint & Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp chunky, cracked Pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 crushed Garlic Clove
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/3 cup Avocado Oil
  • Salt to taste
