Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Carrot Juice or Puree
  • 1/2 cup chilled Cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely minced Parsley
  • Dash of Celery Seed
  • Crushed Ice

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker & serve at once.
