Ingredients

  • 1 lb. package of Grimmway Farms Carrot Chips
  • 4 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place carrot chips and garlic cloves into a 13”x9” baking dish. Add water and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Carefully remove the aluminum foil and toss the carrot chips with oil and garlic. Serve.
