Perform various functions to support, analyze and drive efficiency with Grimmway Fixed Asset Initiatives; data system administration, metric development and reporting, asset distribution checks, project implementation and process development/documentation.


  • Support the PM process by analyzing and reporting on activity
  • Receive and evaluate fixed asset requests to optimize asset utilization
  • Compile and publish monthly reports indicating Asset fleet utilization
  • Receive and evaluate rental requests, make recommendations and acquire equipment
  • Monitor Asset activities and communicate status to key stakeholders
  • Proactively identify data uniformity issues, identify solutions and correct as needed.
  • Identify areas for process streamlining, improvement & provide analysis to improve business
  • Administer & configure EAM/Asset applications & associated systems based on business drivers
  • Project collaboration and information support across departments
  • Develop business process documents and recommendations as it relates to maintenance, purchasing, and inventory related activities
  • Participate in EAM-related project implementations throughout the Assets and Shops program
  • Ensure the confidentiality of Grimmway’s financial and proprietary information
  • Lead by example the Division’s Mission, Strategy and Values.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: • An undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Management, or a related field preferred • 2-4 years’ experience with enterprise data systems or equivalent • Experience with writing/designing in Crystal Reports a plus • Knowledge of Infor EAM or similar CMMS application functionality preferred • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word skills • Must be detail-oriented, proactive, organized and possess strong data analytics skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to solve problems accurately with exceptional proficiency in data management • Able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and provide detailed information in a fast-paced and demanding work environment. • Team player, self-starter with a positive attitude that is flexible and adaptable to change. • Must pass drug and alcohol exams.
