Develop, plan, organize, and coordinate the Support Shop crew schedule and work flow activities.


Support Services group to coordinate maintenance and repair programs. Ensure all machinery; vehicles and other equipment are working properly. Plan and schedule the resources for maintenance and support activities; including implementing the crew productivity metrics, safe work practices, regulatory compliance and minimize downtime. Utilize the management database to maintain all assigned assets. Create/execute financial analysis reports and other database reports, as requested. Provide expertise and assistance with technical guidance on improving all support shop activities and functions. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.


Continuous use of both hands; including grasping, pulling and pushing. Sight, hearing,  lifting, standing, climbing stairways, walking and balancing both feet on even and uneven surfaces, bending, twisting, crawling, stooping, kneeling, reaching forward, reaching overhead, reaching below shoulder, wrist turning, neck turning. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Must have experience and a working knowledge of construction, industrial, dirt management, farming, and on-road fleet equipment. Experience in INFOR Equipment Asset Management, or equivalent. Knowledge and understanding of equipment and personnel coordination including work order system, planning, scheduling, and storeroom management. Well-developed computer literacy with Microsoft Office programs. Must have the skills necessary to complete various types of services and repairs. Ability to estimate accurate labor hours, material, and safety regulatory requirements. Ability to manage multiple priorities and various needs simultaneously from start to completion. Must be organized and demonstrate the ability to multi-task efficiently. Ability to amend and adapt procedures to reflect ongoing changes in the company’s operations and data requirements. Possess a congenial attitude with strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated and self-starter requiring minimal supervision. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Must have a current California driver’s license and a clean DMV driving record. Must pass a drug/ alcohol screen and physical, functional capacity evaluation.
